Effective March 9, 2019, there is a $25.00 deposit required to be paid with each Grievance requested. If the person(s) requesting the grievance meeting fail to appear, the deposit is forfeit. If the person(s) violation is waived by the Grievance Committee; deposit will be refunded. If person(s) violation is upheld; deposit will be applied to any fines assessed for each violation. All determinations of the Grievance Committee, on any appeal matter, are final. A copy of the Committee’s determinations will be provided to the Administration Office for member notification and actions to be taken. The Grievance Committee may defer an appeal to the Board of Directors in the event the appellant is (a) a Board of Director (b) becomes aggressive or combative towards Committee Members at any time during a Committee Meeting
