Any Member, or occupant, may place their property on the PRLPOA Property Checklist, for any reason, for a maximum of 30-days in any 12-month period.
Properties registered on the PRLPOA Property Checklist are not guaranteed of security such that the Association cannot guarantee the property’s security against Acts of God, theft, vandalism, or unlawful entry. The purpose of the property check is to periodically, visually review the property and notify the Member or designee of Acts of God such as storm damage, theft, vandalism, unlawful entry or anything appearing unusual. If necessary, the proper authorities will be contacted first and the Member or occupant second.
